swfobject Invalid Argument Exception in IE

A little gotcha here with the latest release of swfobject, the almost universal method of embedding flash in web sites. Apparently if your target div’s name starts with a number, i.e. 360ExteriorView and the client browser is Internet Explorer 8 then be prepared for a script error on your page and an invalid argument exception from your swfobject.embedSWF call.

The workaround; just rename your target div to begin with a letter, i.e. Exterior360View.
